For Rijkswaterstaat’s Vaste Meetnetten department, we delivered a 10ft container together with a fully equipped platform. This platform is supplied in collaboration with our partners Lomans and Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services. The project was initiated due to the aging of the existing power supply system.
The complete platform will later be installed on an offshore measurement location. Using sensors, the location measures various parameters, including water temperature and conductivity. The electrical systems are housed inside the 10ft container. By placing them in a container, they are protected from different weather conditions.
In addition to supplying various components, Marine Systems also carried out the complete engineering of the platform. During the design phase, several design sessions were held with Rijkswaterstaat.
