Marine Systems, along with Lomans and BrandSafway, is currently responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the national water monitoring network of Rijkswaterstaat (LMW). Several significant projects have already been completed within this contract.
And a few weeks ago, we received good news! Starting October 1st, we will also be the partner for monitoring the water safety and water quality for a period of at least the next five years. We are very proud of this!
The national water monitoring network is a network of Rijkswaterstaat with nearly 500 measuring locations for real-time monitoring of for example water levels, water temperatures and salinity levels. This data is crucial and is used not only by Rijkswaterstaat but also by water related organisations, port companies and the KNMI.
We are looking forward to continuing this collaboration with our partners and Rijkswaterstaat, and to improve the sustainability and innovation of the network.
